Introduction
This guide illustrates the process of burning a
Video DVD or merely a .avi / .mov file (or some other type of
file or folder)
with YuBurner software.
YuBurner can be downloaded from the page
Software MAC.
Details for use are as follows:
Open the program to add the files or folders to be burned, click onto the voice "Open" from the menu
"File" or drag the file on the program with the mouse.
------------------------------------------------
DVD
If you want to create a Video DVD,
you will have to select VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders:
Select both VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders by pressing Shift button on the keyboard. These folders
may have been generated with DVD
Remaster or with other types of authoring DVD software.
DivX / XviD / ffmpeg / 3ivx (.avi /
.mov)
If you only want to write your .avi o .mov, films or other types of files on standard ISO disk, select these
files using the dialogue windows illustrated in the picture. It is
generally a good idea to add to the disk the installation file of codec video
and/or audio used.
Then click on "Open" button.
------------------------------------------------
In the dialogue window, you will see the
selected files and/or folders.
Check that you have inserted the title of the disk in the combo
box "Volume Name"
and selected the voice "ISO9960" in the
"File System" list.
Finally, if you are creating a Video DVD on a 4.7 GB
virgin disk, check that the total dimension is not over of 4.464 Mb,
otherwise the disk will not be legible.
Click on "Burn" button.
------------------------------------------------
In the dialogue window on the right, first choose
speed of burning (Speed).
With the option "Test Only" let the program execute only a
test of burning, without really writing on the disk. If this is not
necessary, do not select this option.
With the option "Leave disc
appendable" you can leave the disk "open" for further writing. Again, it
is advisable not to select this box unless you have particular
requirements.
Leave the rest in default and click "Burn" button to
begin writing.
Once the burning process is finished, your DVD disk will be
ready for viewing on computer or television if you have
chosen to create a DVD, otherwise you will have a disk in
standard ISO that you can read either on a computer or on MAC.
